Licensed High Pressure Boiler Operator or Stationary Steam Engineer--Looking for candidate for positions listed below (or possibly other position depending on your skills and experience) who can be responsible for small process boiler used for steaming lobster. Holders of these licenses are encouraged to apply for any job. Please include "Boiler Operator" in the subject line of your email.
Assistant to the COO--Great opportunity for organized, detail-oriented, responsible person to take a key role in a successful and growing company. As Assistant to COO, you would be responsible for record-keeping (collecting and organizing reports from plant personnel including: inventory, shipping and receiving, production records, etc.), ordering supplies, research/project management, HR--time clock and employee records management. In addition, some sales support activities such as sample preparation, organizing and distributing marketing materials. You will be directly managing a few employees as well as collaborating with others. Skills--MS Word/Excel, cost accounting, excellent attention to detail, ability to think on your feet. Flexible, list keeper with ability to follow through and continue until it's complete and correct. Please include "Assistant to COO" in the subject line of your email.
Production Supervisor--manage seafood processing line. Hands-on supervisor who can manage team of 5-20 workers in fast-paced production environment. Food safety/processing experience and/or ability to speak Spanish a plus. Please include "Supervisor" in the subject line of your email.
Quality Control Technician--Key role in plant, performing daily inspections, record keeping, working with QC Manager. Experience in control/compliance and or HACCP certification a plus. Please include "QC Technician" in the subject line of your email.
Maintenance Technician or Manager--Repair and PM plant and equipment, ranging from steam cooker, boiler, pumps, nitrogen tunnel freezer, vacuum packing equipment, etc. Should be skilled in electrical, plumbing, fabrication, machine troubleshooting/diagnostics, refrigeration. Also must be skilled at using internet/email for research and communication. High Pressure Boiler Operator's license would be very helpful.
