Production Leader Lead and Supervise seafood production employees. Take responsibility for own production area--throughput, quality, efficiency. Assist Production Manager. Experience working in a team setting, preferably in lead role.
Experience in food production a plus
Independent, responsible, reliable transportation.
Organized, excellent planning skills, and able to adapt to changes.

Quality Control Manager: QC Manager works closely with Production Manager, assuring quality and safety of products by monitoring that standards are met. Also monitors and documents the manufacturing process--productivity, yields, inventory, standard practices.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent record-keeper. Experience in quality control, preferably in food manufacturing/preparation.
Computer user, fluent in MS Excel.
Detail oriented, demonstrated ability to manage lots of information.
Responsible, independent, trustworthy.
Associates or Bachelor Degree Preferred. HACCP Certified a plus.

Sanitation Lead: 2nd shift cleanup crew leader for seafood processing operation. Sanitation or maintenance experience preferred. Must be responsible and detail oriented. Full time position, year round. Requires flexible hours and weekends. In the busy season the lead sanitation person will be assisted by additional sanitation crew members.
