One Maine lobster business has claws for applause. Shucks Maine Lobster was named Best Food Service Product and Best Convenience Product at the European Seafood Exposition in Belgium. These prestigious Prix d’Elite awards are considered the "Academy Awards" of the seafood industry, according the Maine Lobster Promotion Council.
