Maintenance Manager: Shucks is looking for a highly organized Mr. Fix-It to set up and run a PM program. Skills/knowledge should include the basics of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic.

Must be organized and detail-oriented. Experience in preventative maintenance and equipment repairs, preferably in manufacturing and/or food service manufacturing.
Computer user.
Responsible, independent, trustworthy.

Production Worker Seafood production--learn all aspects of lobster production. Take responsibility for own production area--throughput, quality, efficiency. Assist Production Manager. Sanitation Lead: 2nd shift cleanup crew leader for seafood processing operation. Sanitation or maintenance experience preferred. Must be responsible and detail oriented. Full time position, year round. Requires flexible hours and weekends. In the busy season the lead sanitation person will be assisted by additional sanitation crew members.
